In Crowe Valley Conservation Authority there are three sub-watersheds.
- Beaver Creek Watershed
- Crowe River Watershed
- North River Watershed
The Crowe River waters flow to join the Trent River just below Healey Falls and drain an area of 187,580 ha. Approximately, 201,776 ha is land surface, and the remaining 1196 ha is water.
There are two main tributaries connected to the Crowe River, the North River, which converges at Belmont Lake, and Beaver Creek, which converges at Crowe Lake near Marmora.
The Crowe River system flows into the Trent River System, which empties into the Bay of Quinte at Lake Ontario.
